PUBLIC SKATING & PROGRAMS

Public Skating is back on Friday evenings from 8:30-10:30 pm & Saturday afternoons from 12:45-2:15 pm. WSC is now accepting registrations for Fall Group Lessons! Click Here for more information on Group Lessons and Registration!

All advanced purchase coupon sales begin at the minimum quantity of 5 coupons. For purchases under 5 coupons, please purchase in person in the Pro Shop during business hours with cash, check or credit card. If no attendant is available, please leave an envelope with your name including cash or check in the mailbox outside the ProShop for the one day coupon price of $18 ($12 for Seniors). All advanced purchase coupon orders (except for Unlimited) will be ready to pick up in the front office within 24 hours (sometimes sooner). If no staff available in the front office, please ask the rink attendant to grab your coupons from the office for you. All coupons must be picked up within 2 weeks of your order.

New Director of Figure Skating

WSC Announces New Director of Figure Skating
& Group Lessons, Russ Witherby

WSC is excited to announce Russ Witherby as its new Director of Figure Skating & Group Lessons. Russ is a National International Coach who has been teaching since 1996. He is a member of the PSA and serves on many USFS committees including the Judges Committee. As a skater, Russ was a National, International, World & Olympic Competitor for Team USA in Ice Dancing. He is the 1992 US Ice Dance Champion, and was on the 1992 US Olympic Team. As a coach, Russ enjoys working with skaters at all levels and holds USFS Gold Medals in Dance & Free Dance, as well as International Dances. Russ teaches all levels of Dance, Choreography, Freestyle, Moves in the Field and Stroking.

Russ Looks forward to running the Club’s Learn to Skate Program! Let us all wish Philippe Poirier, former WSC Figure & Group Lessons Director the best of luck in his new career and welcome Russ to the WSC Family!
